**Product Compliance Master Data Trainee: Fixed-term max.12 months**

**WHAT WE OFFER**?

A position of Product and Trade Compliance Master Data Trainee (100%) in the Group Product & Trade Compliance (P&TC) Department, for a fixed duration of maximum 12 months.

P&TC provides regulatory intelligence solutions adapted to the business. We animate and train an international network of compliance managers. The department communicates relevant guidance to the business for the purpose of implementing regulatory changes within the Group. We secure conformity across our supply chain & entities on multiple Product & Trade compliance topics among them, Data Management is a key element of our conformity strategy.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

During your mission, you will:

- Maintain a dedicated SharePoint Data compliance page.
- Create and maintain guidelines about usage and maintenance of dedicated Data Compliance fields.
- Be the point of contact between our Maison MDM and Group IT to monitor requests, decisions and update relevant guidelines related to Compliance Data fields (Data Compliance) and values.
- Assure the support for the questions raised by the Maisons (MDM and Product Compliance Managers) on how and what information need be to filled in Gemini.
- Assist in Group SAP projects to monitor decisions, solutions findings related to Data Compliance fields.
- Approve new material requests after verifying the regulatory elements (legal restrictions, consumer protection, customs classification, testing requirements etc.)

**YOU BRING TO OUR TEAM**
- A passion for data management and complex systems
- Strong analytical skills & attention to details.
- Strong communication (both written and verbal) and SAP Gemini and PowerPoint skills. You can deliver effective and engaging presentations (structure of your presentation, design of your slides, the tone of your voice and the body language you convey).
- A consultative and cooperative way of interacting. You have the ability to challenge positively.

**HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?**
- First experience as MDM analyst, Business analyst, Product Compliance or Regulatory Affairs from sectors that are familiar with regulatory affairs related to the customer protection, Customs, Quality or Product Safety is very welcome but not mandatory.
- Comfortable with SAP Gemini data library and extraction logics and Microsoft SharePoint as structure builder and content creation.
- Fluent in French and in English.
- A master’s degree from an engineering school, law faculty, or business school.
- General proficiency with Excel, Visio, etc.
