For our Systems Division, we are looking for an initiative and committed personality as a

**Marketing Manager 80 - 100 % (M/F/d)**

As a member of the global Sales team and at the interface with internal and external partners, you cover a variety of tasks and responsibilities, with a large degree of autonomy.

**Your key duties and responsibilities include**:

- Lead and coordinate the global marketing activities of the Systems Division
- Plan and manage the division's marketing budget
- Create communication and sales tools such as presentations, brochures, posters, etc
- Coordinate support creation (photos, renderings, animations, models) with external partners
- Organize participation to international trade fairs, exhibitions, webinars and customer events
- Design and implement advertising campaigns with selected media (online & offline)
- Prepare media releases, internal and external articles
- Coordinate Social Media and SEO/SEM campaigns
- Maintain and update related intranet (BC Elements, Picturepark) and internet (BC site) pages
- Collect, analyze and consolidate market data, in cooperation with Product Managers
- Investigate market needs and monitor competition activities
- Support the Systems Division strategy and MRP update
- Train, coordinate and support regional BCx marketing teams

You hold a bachelor's degree in business administration or a technical equivalent degree with specialization in marketing. You also have at least 5 years of experience in B2B marketing of industrial products in an international environment, ideally in the machinery industry

You are an enthusiastic, engaging, communicative personality type and have a structured mindset. Your style of working is proactive, solutions-oriented with an implementation-driven approach. You have strong organizational skills and project management experience and are used to cross-functional collaboration with different corporate departments and cultures.

As a specialist with convincing language and communication competencies, you bring strong writing skills in German and English and are comfortable communicating in both languages. You are proficient in MS Office, especially very good Excel skills.
