INA KESS is a Swiss-based luxury fashion brand for women. Through our contemporary design approach, we offer a solution for daily wearing, breaking through the boundaries of purpose, need, or fit expectations. Our creations are a symbiosis of hyper-functional fabrics and strong and feminine designs, developed in our studio in Switzerland and produced in Portugal.

Our products are sold online via INAKESS.COM and through selected retailers in Switzerland, Germany, Austria, Poland, and the US (including Globus, Jelmoli, Kadewe, and others).

**Sales Associate (100%)**

Location: Zurich Airport (on-site)

INA KESS is expanding to a brand new strategic location at the Zurich Airport and is opening a Pop-up Store which will be right next to the most prestigious brands from the luxury world. We're looking for a passionate Sales Associate who lives and breathes fashion, styling and has the ability to cultivate and grow customer relationships. The hours and schedule for this position will vary by week depending on business needs.

**YOUR ROLE**
- You inspire the customer to try out a new level of comfort thanks to the most innovative fabrics and cuts, you’re convincing but in an authentic and charming manner and sell our assortment with passion.
- You build and maintain regular contact with your customers via Whatsapp, telephone, etc.
- You’re able to recognize the great importance of the visual appearance of the assortment and ensure that INA KESS is presented at its best at all times
- You take care of administrative tasks (orders, inventory, feedback from customers, etc.)
- You are actively involved in the development of INA KESS’s presence in Zurich and are always on the lookout for potential improvements.
- You support the team in organizing events and marketing activities on-site and actively participate in them

**THE IDEAL PROFILE**
- You have a keen interest in luxury goods and
- Ideally, bring 1-3 years of experience within luxury fashion retail
- You love contact with people and are looking for a job where you can build long-term customer relationships
- An entrepreneurial mindset will be highly appreciated
- You are positive, solution-oriented, and convincing with your self-confidence
- Fluency both in English and German is a must
