Role

Join Visium’s team and actively contribute to our expansion in Switzerland and internationally.

As a Business Consultant, you will be responsible to work directly with clients. You’ll take ownership of the overall projects with the purpose to make significant and lasting improvement of clients’ performance.

What you will be responsible for

**Contribute to Clients relationship**:

- Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders from all levels, including C-levels.
- Interact with the client lead on a day-to-day basis to ensure that expectations are aligned.
- Play a key role in the development and maintenance of high-level client relationships.
- Help clients solve some of their most pressing problems..
- Develop recommendations for presentation to client management.

**Drive strategic and operational initiatives**:

- Facilitate and support organizational transformation
- Be a key support for the teams you work with and be a role model across the wider team.
- Develops solutions and delivers outcome that meet the needs of clients
- Takes responsibility for recommending modifications and corrective action on major issues and makes decisions to resolve tactical issues and deliver a value-based solution.

Depending on your previous experiences and appetite to grow, you will have the opportunity to gain more responsibilities.

**Requirements**:
What we are looking for
- 2-3 years of consulting experience
- Good skills in German or French. Fluent in English
- Experience in management consulting, knowledge of the CPG industry is a plus
- Combination of strong strategic and analytical abilities
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex issues; demonstrated creative thinking
- Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
- Self starter: eager to break new ground, create opportunities for others
- Growth mindset, always on the lookout on what you can improve, rationalize and consolidate with impeccable attention to detail, and drive to excel
