If so, we would like to present you the opportunity to join our HQ Geneva-based team as a** Business Applications Manager**.
**HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?**
In collaboration with the Group's business and technical teams, you will define and prioritize the projects or developments to be implemented, implements them and supports them.
In addition to the day-to-day management of a multi-disciplinary team of experts, you will oversee the development of talent, the growth of his/her team's skills, and the adaptation of staff capacity to the needs of the company.
**YOUR RESPONSIBILTIES**
**Manage the Tech part of the process improvement projects**
- Identify and prioritize projects and initiatives (Group and Company), monitor and communicate the overall achievement of the project portfolio
**Support the Operations departments**
- Guarantee a constant SLA in the resolution of problems encountered by users, and work on the continuous improvement of tools to reduce the number of incidents
- Animate the community of key-users, ensuring that commitment and skill levels remain constant.
**Manage the team and resources**
- Assign team members to relevant topics/projects and coach them in the project management approach and problem solving.
- Ensure staff development and knowledge sharing (methodologies, techniques, etc.)
- Plan and manage budgets
**YOUR PROFILE**
- Master’s degree Engineering or equivalent
- Feel at ease with driving projects and cultural changes in a matrix organization
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in major strategic projects and management in manufacturing organizations
- Fluency in spoken and written in French and English, another language is a plus
- Articulated and effective communicator with good presentation and analytical skills
- Energetic and passionate individual with growth mindset
- Strong system and analytical experience
- Demonstrable commitment to continuous improvement with a high degree of initiative
- Resilient and comfortable taking ownership
- Ability to build valuable stakeholder relationships
