**About the role**:

**Job duties**:

- Organization of committees
- Preparation of meetings (technical and administrative)
- Attendance follow-up and reminders to participants
- Note taking during the sessions
- Management of the various mailboxes
- Management of the Geneva office (Office management)
- Member reception

Your tasks may evolve over time.

**We are looking for**:

- Currently studying, law would be a great asset
- Available between 40 to 60%
- Fluent in English, native is a plus
- Good level in French or German is a plus
- Comfortable in writing in English (profesionnaly)
- Proactive and resourceful
- Excellent presentation and sociable
- Discreet
- Interest/knowledge of the legal field, a big plus
- Excellent administrative skills and very good spelling (FR/ANG)
- Proven experience in the hotel industry or equivalent is an asset
