**Job Description**:
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our client's team as an Emergency Response “911” Systems Selection & Implementation Professional.

In this role, you will be responsible for the determination of systems requirements based on user interviews, documentation of those requirements, creation of RFI and RFP to be sent to vendors for such systems, development of demonstration scripts. Creation of vendor scorecards, scorecard calculation and summaries and justification/documentation of systems selection.

Post vendor selection, you will be responsible for working with the selected vendor and the client to lead and guide implementation and maintenance of emergency response systems, ensuring they are fully functional and operational at all times.

You will be responsible for working with various stakeholders to ensure that emergency response systems are integrated into existing infrastructure and processes, and that they are able to effectively respond to emergency situations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work with stakeholders to understand their emergency response needs and ensure that they are addressed through the implementation of emergency response systems.
- Document all requirements
- Write RFI
- Write RFP
- Develop Demo Script to match client’s real life scenarios
- Create Scorecards for vendor presentations
- Work with Client team members to come up with agreed consensus of each vendor
- Develop and defend vendor rankings
- Develop implementation plans for emergency response systems, ensuring that they are designed and deployed according to industry best practices.
- Work with vendors and service providers to ensure that systems are installed, configured, and tested properly.
- Provide training to end-users on the use of emergency response systems, and ensure that they are aware of emergency response procedures.
- Monitor and maintain emergency response systems, ensuring that they are always operational and able to respond to emergency situations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise with emergency response systems, working closely with stakeholders to identify and resolve problems.
- Provide regular reports on the performance of emergency response systems, including uptime, response times, and system availability.
- Keep up to date with industry best practices and emerging technologies related to emergency response systems.

**Qualifications**:

- ** Available only for applicants currently living in the US or Latin America.**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Is required. Masters Degree is preferred.
- ** Fluent in English and Spanish**:

- At least 8 years of professional experience
- Minimum of 4 years of experience working in the evaluation and selection of enterprise systems, **with at least 2 full cycles working with doing this with **Emergency Response Systems**.
- ** 3 years experience implementing and maintaining emergency response systems**.
- Strong knowledge of emergency response systems and related technologies, including **Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD) systems, 911 phone systems, and emergency alerting systems.**:

- ** Strong project management skills**, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment
