HR Business Partner

The Role

This role will provide core HR advisory services across the full employee lifecycle, for manufacturing and operations in the EMEA region.

You will be reporting to the Senior Director Human Resources EMEA and working closely with people leaders in manufacturing and operations.

Location

In commutable distance to Schaffhausen - Hybrid Role - 3 days/week on site.
What You Will Do

Collaborate with people leaders to understand organizational goals and execute HR strategies that support business objectives.

Act as a trusted advisor and coach to leaders, providing guidance on talent, employee engagement, performance management, and organizational development.

Implement and deliver talent management actions in conjunction with any enterprise-wide talent planning processes to attract, develop, and retain top-tier talent.

Deliver talent work related to organizational design, career development, and succession planning for critical roles.

Implement and support performance management processes, including goal setting, development planning, and performance reviews.

Provide coaching and feedback to leaders to enhance performance and professional development.

Identify learning and development needs, that foster engagement, communication, inclusive behaviors, and problem-solving among team members.

Act as a change agent, guiding the organization through periods of transformation and growth.

Support execution of communication and change management plans to ensure successful implementation of initiatives and organizational changes.

Act as main point of contact for the local workers council and represent the company in collaboration with the plant leadership during negotiations.

Utilize HR data and analytics insights to identify trends, solve problems, and make data-driven recommendations.
What Makes You The Perfect Fit

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.

2-3 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role, preferably in a mid-sized organization. International experience is an asset.

In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.

Proven ability to drive HR initiatives and contribute to organizational success.

Fluent in both spoken and written German and English. Other languages an asset.

A hands-on working style, strong commitment to confidentiality, attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a high sense of urgency.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships leaders and their leadership teams.

Resilient, determined, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and fast changing environment.
