DUTIES
- Build and manage the Runninig apparel range from concept to commercialization
- Creation of regular business analysis, concluding, and translating findings effectively into product concept strategies and range architecture
- Responsible for the range architecture and product lifecycle planning
- Creation of commercial product briefings to hit the target price, in close collaboration with the Design & Development team in line with the costing and pricing process
- Drive open and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Present and sell EB collections during international meetings (eg.Advisory meetings, INTERSPORT summit etc.)
- Create and maintain data in product management software
- Work independently on projects
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Good level of product expertise in “Performance Apparel”, other category knowledge in Footwear/Hardware is a nice-to-have
- Strong analytic and strategic thinking to draw conclusions, translate them into action, strategies and decisions
- Strong sales orientation, easily connecting to customers as well as internal stakeholders
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Plan and prioritize daily working effectively with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
- Ability to travel
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, Product Management, or similar education
- 4+ years of work experience in Product Management, Marketing, ideally
