About the Job**
- Based at Mandarin Oriental, Geneva, the Floor Supervisor reports directly to the **Head Housekeeper.**
- As a **Floor Supervisor**, you will be responsible for:

- Maintain cleanliness standards
- Distribute and control keys
- Handle lost property
- Respond promptly to customer requests
- Be responsible for safety by ensuring that corridors and offices are tidy so that they do not obstruct emergency exits
- Be responsible for customer safety: report suspicious behavior or unusual objects, etc.
- Participate in the training of new subordinates and the ongoing training of others
- Ensure smooth shift transitions
- Organize the work of subordinates
- Welcome and serve customers according to the hospitality principles of a 5-star hotel, in line with the expectations of the Mandarin Oriental Group and Swiss Deluxe.
- Handle customer complaints according to the LQE procedure and refer complaints and all customer comments to management.
- Floor Supervisor will be in charge of afternoon/evening shifts.-
- As **Floor Supervisor** we expect from you:

- Previous experience in laundry and dry cleaning
- Team spirit, curiosity, and a desire to learn and grow.
- Good communication skills and a flexible attitude.
- Valid Swiss work permit or European passport.
