**Requirements**:
Experience in the construction and/or renovation industry is preferred

EU citizenship or Swiss residence permit.

Russian language, additional French is welcome

Proximity to residence (no more than an hour on the road)

Personal qualities: responsibility, diligence, discipline, attention to detail

**Conditions**:
3 months trial period

Work schedule - 5.5 working days /1.5 days off, 48 hours per week

**Responsibilities**:

- Cleaning the local area, assistance in arranging the local area, mowing lawns and plantings if necessary.
- Assistance in accepting cargo, goods, carrying material assets in warehouses and on the territory of houses.
- Regularly inspecting assigned facilities and monitoring the cleanliness of the territory.
- Elimination of technical faults within its competence.
- Accounting for inventory/tools and their care.
- Ordering consumables necessary for servicing entrusted facilities.
- Maintaining safety standards on site.
- Performing the function of a driver during periods of unemployment in the main type of activity.

Pay: Up to CHF5’000.00 per month
