THE ROLE: - managing the gym team, including hiring, training and supervising;
- controlling customer service training and standards within the gym;
- selling of membership services such as personal training; -sourcing and ordering of gym and club supplies;
- assisting Sales Manager with sales and marketing events;
- cooperation with other Club departments; -complaint handling THE REQUIREMENTS: Passion about fitness and living well;
- At least 2 years of Management experience;
- Profound education in the fitness industry / Personal Training; -Work experience in a gym or similar role as an advantage;
- high level of service/member orientation; -Excellent communication skills in English and local language
