Machine Operator

**Machine Operator / Plant Operator (M/F/d) - Dispensing/GMP/Pharma/Production**
**Project**:
For our customer, we are looking for a dedicated machine operator / plant operator for shift work (Mon-Fri). This department will be responsible for the production of thick-film sensors and blood gas analysis sensors under cleanroom conditions.

**Tasks & Responsibilities**:

- Independent operation of fully automated systems in the areas of screen printing, dispensing and assembly
- Execution of all work steps in compliance with GMP, quality and hygiene regulations
- Troubleshooting and minor maintenance work on machines
- Production of dispensing solutions and pastes
- SAP-supported material management, documentation, bookings, inventories
- GMP-compliant documentation (paper-based and electronic)
- Perform process controls (IPC)
- Co-authoring process and equipment specifications
- Responsibility for assigned machines and equipment
- Cleaning work on equipment and production inventory

**Requirements**:

- Completed vocational training in a technical field or comparable
- 2 years of professional experience in production, ideally in plant management
- Experience in a regulated environment, GMP knowledge is an advantage
- Good basic computer skills
- Willingness to work in a 3-shift system (Mon-Fri) and on weekends as required
