**Deine Verantwortung**:

- Gesamtverantwortung für die Steuerung und Optimierung der Supply Chain Prozesse
- Leitung und Weiterentwicklung des Einkaufsteams
- Strategische Planung und Umsetzung von Einkaufsstrategien
- Analyse und Optimierung von Lieferketten zur Kostenreduktion und Effizienzsteigerung
- Entwicklung und Pflege von langfristigen Lieferantenbeziehungen
- Risikomanagement in der Lieferkette, inklusive der Identifikation und Minimierung von Risiken
- Überwachung und Steuerung der Beschaffungsaktivitäten, Lagerbestände und Liefertermine
- Implementierung und Monitoring von KPIs zur Leistungsmessung der Supply Chain

**Deine Skills**:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Logistik, Supply Chain Management oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Supply Chain Management und Einkauf, idealerweise in einer leitenden Position
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Lieferkettensteuerung und im strategischen Einkauf
- Starke analytische Fähigkeiten und Problemlösungskompetenz
- Erfahrung in der Mitarbeiterführung und -entwicklung
- Ausgeprägte Verhandlungsgeschick und Kommunikationsstärke
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
- Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen und MS Office
