**Your mission**: The Social Media Intern will support the social media content creation and community management on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok (DE and CH-DE), and LinkedIn. The Intern will also assist in content management and guideline development for international TikTok channels. **Responsibilities**: - Assist in content creation and community management on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok (for DE and CH-DE), and LinkedIn. This includes learning and eventually participating in filming, editing, creative copywriting, and social publishing. - Support the Social Media Manager in supervising the content and developing onboarding guidelines for new social media staff. - Assist in the planning process for each social platform in Europe and monitor content that can be reused from one country to another. - Keep abreast with social media trends, algorithm changes, and features, and learn about best practices to meet OKRs. - Participate in brainstorming sessions for creative and innovative ideas that enhance brand awareness and engagement across various social media platforms. - Participate actively in team meetings or briefings. - Assist in researching potential influencers for collaboration, especially on Instagram and TikTok. - Learn about and eventually contribute to SEO strategies for social media. - Monitor competition regularly and assist in the development of competitive strategies. **Requirements**: - Fluent in German and English. - Good written and verbal communication skills. - Basic understanding of social media platforms, especially Instagram and TikTok. - Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box. - Some experience or interest in influencer marketing. - Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritise tasks effectively. - Interest in social audience growth and retention strategies. - Some knowledge of community management. - Ability to adapt, learn quickly, be resourceful, and handle pressure to meet deadlines. - Strong team player. **About us**: **Always.
