Driven by our passion for accessibility, sustainability, affordability, quality, and innovation, we are on a mission to make Decathlon Switzerland _the_ 1 destination for sports enthusiasts. **Your responsibilities** You will support the Recruitment Team across all stages of the recruitment process: - Creating and publishing job advertisements on relevant platforms and social media. - Coordinating interview schedules. - Providing support with mandates and contracts, as well as various administrative tasks. - Participating in the development of the Recruitment Team and its overall strategy. **What we are looking for**: - You have recently graduated (or are about to), preferably from a Swiss university. - Your native language is German, and you have a B2 level of proficiency in English. French and any additional languages are an advantage. - You are a dynamic, positive, and motivated individual with a strong sense of initiative. - You are solution-oriented, service-minded, and a quick learner. - You enjoy working in a team but are also capable of working independently.
