**About the Role**

This position will lead asset raising activities for Pagaya's investment solutions across Europe, with the potential to work with other regions as well, building the business from the ground up.

**Responsibilities**
- Lead and contribute to asset raising activities for Pagaya’s Fund and Securitized Product solutions across European markets
- Nurture and strengthen existing client relationships in the region
- Identify, acquire, and convert high potential targets across client segments, such as family offices, banking platforms, and institutional investors
- Employ a systematic sales process with CRM guided pipeline and prospect management
- Coordinate with specialists from across Pagaya for larger pitches and drive RFPs
- Collaborate with other internal divisions to strengthen Pagaya’s offering and marketing process

**Requirements**:

- 4+ years of financial services experience, ideally within sales and advisory
- Strong intellectual ability and interpersonal skills to establish credibility with the investor community
- Experience in fund and/or securitized product sales
- Familiarity with assets classes such as consumer credit, real estate, insurance, and mortgages is an advantage
- Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce, is a plus
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment
- Fluency in English is a must and other European languages are an advantage
