To implement its ambitious growth goals, the company is looking for a Sales Manager 80-100%
Your task
- Support for customers worldwide from the inquiry through the development of the offer to the successful processing of the order
- Preparation of offers and negotiations (including technical and commercial design)
- Planning and implementation of suitable measures to secure and increase growth in cooperation with international key accounts
- Development and support of existing and future sales channels
- Realization of the agreed sales goals in the team
- Support with complaints and in communication with order processing
- Close cooperation with product development to increase the competitiveness of its systems
- Customer training (online and on site)

- High customer orientation, entrepreneurial thinking and negotiation skills
- A professional and convincing demeanor
- An independent and structured way of working
- Business fluent German and English, both spoken and written
**Salary**: CHF120,000.00 - CHF130,000.00 per year
