**SUMMARY**
Assist in the operation of the manufacturing line while ensuring the highest quality and striving for efficiency and excellence in all endeavors while adhering to all safety requirements.

**Responsibilities**
- Dimensionally and visually inspect raw materials, components and semi-finished products
- Carry out documentary inspections of batch records of raw materials, components, semi-finished products, sterile and non-sterile finished products
- Release sterile and non-sterile components and finished products
- Archive batch records
- Initiate non-conformances
- Physically and electronically segregate non-conforming products and batch records
- Participate in product or equipment validation (Definition of inspection methods and equipment used)
- Respect daily objectives and priorities
- Be a force for improvement proposals

**Qualifications**
- Mechanical CFC or equivalent
- Experience in quality control, preferably in the medical industry
- Excellent ability to read and interpret technical drawings and be comfortable with inspection equipment: gauges, micrometers, comparators, profile projectors, CMM (3D measuring device)
- Knowledge of quality assurance and regulations related to the medical industry
- Knowledge of computer tools and software such as Microsoft Office, SAP
- Strong communication, cohesion and teamwork skills
- Establish good collaboration with other departments: production, engineering, planning, procurement and logistics
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 13485 and ISO 14001 standards
- Remain flexible according to fluctuating activities
- Excellent visual acuity
