**Your new responsibilities**
- Support the team in developing and in rolling-out a number of initiatives, targeting internal employees, across 19 countries in Europe
- Assist in the implementation of a competence analysis program in a new learning management system
- Create, track and organize all communications to employees regarding the rollout of a new competence assessment tool
- Investigate and organize all data regarding trainings and their administration across all countries
- Roll-out the next wave of a training program for Sales employees (collect the names, set up registration tool, send invitations, coordinate the external trainer and internal guest speakers, etc.)
- Create and update SharePoint pages and Forms, automate workflows, assign them in Planner and visualize data including the migration and improvement of a business tool to a new platform
- Extract and build competence management reports or other collected data for executives’ briefing
- Support the Head of the team with administrative tasks, such as: organize meetings, check availability, take minutes of the meetings, support with interactive tools during virtual workshops, build reports on the status of all the initiative in all countries, prepare and design presentations
**Your skills and experience**
- Currently enrolled at university (of applied sciences) with a focus on Business Administration or equivalent, in the master's degree program is a plus
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office 365 for business platform and related tools like PowerPoint, Sway, SharePoint Online, PowerAutomate, Teams, Microsoft Forms, Microsoft Planner, Power BI, etc. (Optional: Knowledge on Power Shell)
- Dynamic and proactive team player with an international mindset and excellent organizational and communication skills
- Start as soon as possible, duration planned for at least 12 months until the end of your studie
- Full proficiency in English is a must, other languages are welcome
