Vp Operations Excellence

This pivotal role on the Operations Leadership team will ‘bring it all together’ with the support of your team of 20+ (direct/indirect reports). You will oversee the strategy for Operations BEST10, a comprehensive plan for sustained success over the next decade, by taking responsibility for our multimillion innovative Capex, 3rd Party Manufacturing, Inventory Planning, and Activity Management (Brand Change Project Management) with your team across all markets. Leading Bacardi’s Lean & Manufacturing Programs (Bacardi Operating System - “BOS”), running the operations ‘Program Management Office’, and reporting on KPIs, you will help to transform and shake up the next best 10 and beyond.

You have broad manufacturing and operations experience, but it is all about how you manage and navigate internal relationships. You need to ensure a market-driven and consumer-at-the-heart approach in everything Operations do. You are the best communicator and relationship builder with your internal customers. You plan, report, and execute brilliantly, using a mix of strategy and a hands-on approach. You lead, develop, support, and inspire your teams. You make things more agile, effective, and innovative and deliver on your commitments.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop, plan, and execute our strategy. Anticipate what we need to do and what we need to look like in 10+ years.
- Help transform Operations into a “Market-Driven” organization with Consumer at the Heart.
- Build and maintain genuine relationships and understanding with stakeholders across all parts of the business
- and reset how we communicate to drive more robust engagement, partnerships, and results.
- Manage and run the annual and ongoing Strategic Planning process for Operations.
- Bring it all together - monitor, report, and action on our KPIs.
- Maximize Flexibility in and across all Operations.
- Inspire, develop, and support a global of managers and director.

Skills and Experience
- You don’t need to be a technical expert on everything Operations.
- You have broad experience in Manufacturing/Supply Chain (Food, Beverage, Pharma, Cosmetics, etc.) with knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, E2E, Six Sigma process: Experience leading Operational Excellence programs, a plus.
- You are strong at planning and executing strategies; Process Improvement, Change Management, Reporting and Analysis.
- You are inspiring leader who develops others and can engage and instil trust and confidence in our stakeholders; Strong at Team and external supplier management.
- You are a strong communicator who can anticipate and respond to the needs of your stakeholder with various solutions.
