Tasks

Our Opportunity
In the role of Head of Racing Lounges and Franchising, your primary focus will be to further develop and standardize our racing lounge concept and transition it into a franchise system. With your strong focus on hospitality and understanding of the eRacing landscape, you'll create the blueprint for our racing lounges. Your scope will encompass lounge development, franchise strategy, brand partnership coordination, and most importantly, building and fostering your team. Central to your responsibilities will be incorporating comprehensive hospitality features — ensuring quality food, drinks, and curated events that cater to our diverse clientele. As our lounges gain a footprint, your expertise will be vital in ensuring a consistent and quality-driven approach across all locations.

Your Responsibilities
- Develop and standardize our racing lounge concept and build your winning team
- Coordinate the strategy for franchise development, ensuring consistency and quality across lounges
- Facilitate and coordinate brand partnerships to complement the lounge environment
- Ensure a standardized approach to the integration of our leading simulators and platforms across
- Monitor trends in global racing, hospitality best practices, and franchise management to adjust the products in our lounges
- Manage the food and beverage offerings, aiming for a balance of quality and variety suitable for a broad clientele
- Co-develop thrilling race formats for our visitors and plan and organize exciting private and corporate events

**Requirements**:
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Franchise Management, Hospitality, or a related field; any advanced degrees or certifications are considered beneficial
- Experience in either franchise development, eRacing, or the hospitality sector
- Competence in developing strategies, managing stakeholders, and coordinating with brand partners
- Expertise in event organization and an understanding of food and beverage operations
- Comprehensive knowledge of eRacing, franchising principles, and hospitality benchmarks
- Demonstrable leadership skills with a strategic approach to tasks
- Strong service mindset and customer orientation
- Passion for motorsports and/or eSports is a big plus
