We are on a mission to accelerate the energy transition in Switzerland, and we’re looking for an entrepreneurial leader to join us as **Origination Switzerland** (f/m/d). In this role, you will create impactful, sustainable energy solutions that meet our customers' needs.

- Drive the energy transition together with a team of experts in origination and guarantees of origin across diverse markets to.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the organization, sharing knowledge and supporting collective goals.

- Use your entrepreneurial mindset to take initiative, drive projects forward, and deliver exceptional results.
- Provide support to maintain and strengthen the privileged relationships Alpiq has with key players in the Western Switzerland market

**Develop New Business**:

- Identify and capitalize on new opportunities within the Swiss energy market, expanding our reach and impact.
- Elevate the company’s renewable energy management portfolio by seamlessly integrating cutting-edge market trends and navigating evolving regulatory landscapes.
- Expand successfully the range of origination products and services that Alpiq is offering to its Swiss customers with the trading units and support functions

**Enhanced focus on customer experience**
- Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met through customized, high-value solutions.
- Offer ongoing support to maintain and strengthen Alpiq's privileged partnerships with key players in the Western Switzerland market.

**Who You Are: Your Skills**
- You are a native speaker of either French or German, with fluency in the other language and a high level of proficiency in English.
- You have experience in financial or commodities trading, an understanding of the European energy market
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree combined with a strong desire to deepen your knowledge and expertise in these dynamic areas.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of developing and executing new business opportunities.
- A strong customer orientation with the ability to understand and address client needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a team-focused attitude.
