The MES / DeltaV specialist guarantees the functionality of the automated production process (e.g. recipe) in the MES / DeltaV during production and cleaning and takes corrective action immediately if there are any deviations. He or she supports the standardization and optimization of the automated production process. He or she is jointly responsible for training and knowledge transfer within the team.

Key responsibilities:

- Create recipes in DeltaV and MES
- Monitors and changes recipes during the start-up, qualification and production phase.
- Participation in risk and process deviation analyzes
- Create Picassos for CIP/SIP and special procedures
- Define EC Modules according PID
- Ability to recognize risks in relation to security or compliance / GMP, discusses them and helps to rectify them

Key requirements:

- Bachelor / Master’s Degree in chemical and/ or pharmaceutical science or equivalent education
- At least 2 years of working experience in MES and DeltaV
- Minimum 1 year working experience under GMP conditions
- English is mandatory and German preferable
- Impeccable team and social skills
