About the job

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Maintain the social media editorial calendar, collaborating closely with various teams
- Brief content needs effectively to ensure alignment with overall strategy
- Coordinate content creation with graphic designers and copywriters for seamless execution
- Manage operations across global social platforms, ensuring timely and engaging content publication
- Provide support to the wider team in events, content creation, and day-to-day operational tasks
- Assist in community management by monitoring all social channels and supporting external partners
- Review and curate User Generated Content across digital touchpoints
- Participate in reporting efforts to track and analyze social media performance
- Stay abreast of the latest trends, innovations, best practices, and conduct benchmark assessments to inform strategy

About you

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:

- A bachelor's degree or equivalent educational qualification
- 2-5 years of professional experience in a similar role within a global setting
- Excellent English proficiency, both written and verbal, along with strong presentation and communication skills
- Proficiency in operational management of social media platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- A team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization
- Innovative and creative approach with a can-do attitude
- Soft skills including business ethics, customer orientation, result orientation, social savvy, and a digital native mindset
