For a project at our client‘s site (home office possible within Switzerland)**,** a pharmaceutical company based in **Basel**, we are looking for an experienced

Procurement Business Partner (w/m/d)

In this role, you will be responsible for implementing the global Procurement strategic goals on a business level and successfully managing relevant KPIs regarding productivity, compliance metrics, processes, customer satisfaction and (if applicable) people development.

**Your Qualifications**:

- **5 years of procurement experience in a large multinational organization with a b**achelor's or Master's degree in Business, Organization Development or similar**:

- **Experience in change management and leading through change with the ability to influence and manage senior stakeholders**:

- **Proven track record of successful supplier negotiation and management**:

- **Experience in delivering the saving target and bringing value add through procurement processes**:

- Certification in CIPS, Project Management or similar
- Experience in Corporate Spend and Marketing & Sales categories are a big plus
- **Fluent in English**

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Drive/Implement strategic goals from the overall Procurement strategy
- Implement and monitor preferred supplier concepts to deliver value and reduce procurement touch
- Accountable for key compliance metrics such as POcompliance, and process compliance in their area of responsibility. Support centrally led processes
- Implementation of global, regional and country projects categories & functions, ensure key stakeholder alignment and customer satisfaction
- Manage relationships with senior and executive stakeholders and suppliers
- Execute the Source-to-Contract process including respective strategies, approaches, and methods
- Safeguard effective local implementation of global supplier strategies
- Ensure effective communication between the different Procurement functions
