Die W&W entwickelt seit über 40 Jahren ERP-Lösungen für die Immobilien-bewirtschaftung. Du übernimmst die zentrale Rolle des Produktverantwortlichen für unser erfolgreiches ERP-System ImmoTop2. In dieser Funktion bist du für die Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der Software verantwortlich, um den Anforderungen unserer Kunden bestmöglich gerecht zu werden.
Aufgaben
Zu deinen Hauptaufgaben gehören
- Du sammelst, analysierst und priorisierst die Anforderungen unserer Kunden und Stakeholder
- Du entwickelst und kommunizierst eine klare Produktvision für ImmoTop2 und leitest daraus die Produktstrategie ab
- Du erstellst und verwaltest die Product Roadmap, die den Fahrplan für die Weiterentwicklung von ImmoTop2 darstellt
- Du arbeitest eng mit dem Entwicklungsteam zusammen, um die Umsetzung der Produktvision und -strategie sicherzustellen
- Du führst selbst Business Tests durch und koordinierst die internen Testressourcen, um die Qualität und Funktionalität von ImmoTop2 zu gewährleisten
- Du kommunizierst effektiv mit allen relevanten Stakeholdern, um sie über den Fortschritt der Produktentwicklung zu informieren
Qualifikation
Das solltest du mitbringen
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaftsinformatik oder ähnlicher Disziplin von Vorteil
- Du verfügst über Erfahrung als Produktverantwortlicher in einem agilen Scrum-Umfeld
- Kenntnisse in der Immobilien
- und PropTech-Branche
- oder FinTech-Branche ist ein Plus
- Du bist ein ausgezeichneter Kommunikator und Teamplayer
- Du hast ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für die Bedürfnisse unserer Kunden
- Du bist motiviert, eigenständig zu arbeiten und Verantwortung zu übernehmen
- Du bist ein Organisationstalent und verfügst über ein ausgeprägtes analytisches Denken
- Design Thinking ist für dich in der Ideenentwicklung selbstverständlich
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und gute Englischkenntnisse
