Mandated by one of our clients, we are looking for a:
Customer Support Assistant (h/f)

Your tasks:

- Manage customer orders from the receipt to the shipment date (order entry in the ERP, follow up and invoicing of the orders).
- Support the team in the daily sales administrative tasks.

Your profile:

- Commercial diploma with a first experience in sales support/sales administration
- Fluent spoken and written in English and French. German is a plus
- Microsoft Office skills (Word / Excel / Outlook) & familiar with an ERP (ProConcept is a plus)
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Excellent communications skills, self-motivated and flexible
- Effective team player, solution-oriented and able to quickly adapt to new situation
