Relations Management ist das Kompetenzzentrum im Markets für die Bereiche Eröffnungen, Mutationen und regulatorische Anliegen. Das Team unterstützt unter Anderem den Handel, Compliance und Banking Relations.

Wir sind die Spezialist:innen mit hohem Serviceanspruch für KYC, AML, regulatorische Fragestellungen rund um institutionelle Kunden sowie Gegenparteien. In unserem Team ist auch die Koordination rund um das Thema Direct Access Clients angesiedelt.

**YOUR CHALLENGE**:

- Personelle und fachliche Führung eines Teams mit 7 Mitarbeiter:innen
- Definition und Einhaltung der jeweiligen Zielvorgaben
- Sicherstellung der Compliance-Richtlinien sowie KYC-Prozesse
- Koordination von regulatorischen Anforderungen wie z. B. MiFID, Fragebögen, AML, Name Checking
- Hauptansprechpartner für interne Stakeholder in den Bereichen Compliance, Banking Relations, Credit etc.
- Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung der qualitativen Anforderungen des Teams als Kompetenzzentrum
- Aktive Mitarbeit in diversen Projekten
- Diverse Stellvertretungen im Key Account Management für Börsenplätze und Trading Tools

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Hochschulabschluss oder relevante Berufserfahrung
- Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung im Banking mit hohem Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Eigenmotivation und Wertschätzung
- Erfahrung in regulatorischen Fragestellungen, Due Diligence, KYC, AML sowie im operationellen Bereich für institutionellen Kunden
- Freude an der Führung von Menschen mit offener und ehrlicher Kommunikation
- Emphatische, flexible und belastbare Persönlichkeit mit starkem Qualitäts
- und Serviceanspruch, starke Kundenorientierung
- Teamplayer mit hoher Vernetzungsfähigkeit
- Durchsetzungsvermögen und lösungsorientiertes Handeln
- Vorausschauende Planung und Organisation
- Proaktives Konfliktmanagement
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
