The Eurovision Song Contest comes to Switzerland in 2025. With around 180 million viewers, the contest is the music event with the strongest coverage in the world. Join the Eurovision team and contribute to its success. **Your mission**: For the Eurovision Song Contest 2025 (ESC), we are looking for a Production Assistant until the end of May 2025. As part of the ESC Production Team (150 - 200 persons), your tasks will be the following: - Support administratively the core team "Production"; - Organise meetings, flights, hotel reservations, etc.; - Oversee the deployment planning of the ESC production team and manage production documents; - Issue contracts and prepare meeting minutes for the technical trades; - Provide support with event logistics. **Your profile**: - Technical understanding of the event technology industry - Organisational and communication skills, are able to work under pressure and remain calm even in hectic situations - Networked way of thinking, quick grasp of things, precise work methods and flexibility - Fluency in written and spoken English, German and French - Excellent knowledge of Office 365 **What we have to offer**: - A versatile and varied field of activity in a dynamic and challenging environment of ESC 2025 - An extremely motivated and cooperative working environment and a committed and professional SRG-wide project team - You will be part of the ESC 2025 in Switzerland, and in your role you will contribute to the success of the world's largest music event - Modern and flexible working conditions and an opportunity to work remotely on site in the host city and via a national and international network of specialists
