**Young Insurance Professional VBV (m/w/d)**

**Was erwartet Dich?**
- Du lernst alles Wichtige über Betriebsversicherungen, von den Grundlagen bis zu fortgeschrittenen Themen
- Du wirst Verträge und Schadensfälle bearbeiten
- Du kommunizierst mit Versicherern, Kunden und Kolleg/innen weltweit
- Du übernimmst abwechslungsreiche administrative und organisatorische Aufgaben
- Du wechselst zweimal deinen Arbeitsbereich und lernst so verschiedene Kolleg/innen, wie auch Arbeitsbereiche und -abläufe kennen
- Du kannst an Kundenterminen teilnehmen
- Dein Programmmanager begleitet und unterstützt dich während deiner Ausbildungszeit
- Bei guter Leistung hast du, nach dem erfolgreichen abgeschlossenen Lehrgang, eine gute Aussicht auf eine Festanstellung (Wahlmöglichkeit in welchem Versicherungsbereich)

**Qualifications**:
**Was bringst Du mit?**
- Einen der folgenden Abschlüsse: gymnasiale Matur, Lehre mit Berufsmaturität, Abschluss einer Handels-/ Wirtschaftsmittelschule mit Berufsmaturität (HMS+, WMS).
- Interesse an Versicherungen und rechtlichen Themen, sowie hohe Leistungs
- und Lernbereitschaft
- Ein positives und offenes Auftreten, sowie Freude an der Kommunikation mit Menschen
- Organisationstalent mit Blick fürs Wesentliche und Spass am sorgfältigen Arbeiten mit Zahlen und Daten
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office Tools
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und gute Englischkenntnisse
