**Was erwartet Sie**:
- Verantwortung für das Verkaufsgebiet und dessen strategische Entwicklung
- Aktive Neukundengewinnung und technische Beratung
- Durchführung von Schulungen und Begleitung bis zum Vertragsabschluss
- Auftragsverfolgung bei Neuentwicklungen
- Repräsentation auf Messen und Branchenevents
- Marktbeobachtung und Impulsgeber für neue Ideen
**Was bringen Sie mit**:
- Technische Grundausbildung mit vertriebsbezogener Weiterbildung
- Mind. 5 Jahre Erfahrung im technischen B2B-Vertrieb (z. B. Kunststoffe, Komponenten)
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Schweizer Industrienetzwerk
- Kundenorientiert, kommunikativ und zielstrebig
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englisch fliessend - Französisch von Vorteil
- Reisebereitschaft: 50-70 % hauptsächlich in der Schweiz
