**Your mission**: Your mission at Climeworks is to manage the Next Gen ERP core implementation. Your activities will include managing external and internal resources and working closely with the functional business units and across the IT Unit (particularly with the Enterprise Architecture, Data and IT Service Delivery teams) to ensure a successful ERP implementation. This role will require someone who is comfortable with end-to-end process thinking, deep knowledge of an ERP solution, with excellent change leadership and communication skills to manage the diverse stakeholders. **Job responsibilities**: - Drive the functional and technical design, system build (configuration), test, delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement of the solution - Ensure effective collaboration and engagement of both internal IT and functional analyst community and external partners - Plan, coordinate and lead solution proof of concept and training during all program phases - Support in developing common training concepts - Contribute to maintain an end-to-end information flow view considering integrity of master data across processes and platforms - Facilitate weekly meetings and set the overall cadence and tone of the project - Coordinate resources, schedules, and deliverables with the business and IT project managers, project team, and system integrator(s) - Manage the overall project schedule, budget, and milestones - Assist with identifying and mitigating project risk - Organize, conduct, and participate in project Steering Committee meetings - Bachelor or equivalent degree from an internationally accredited university - Background in energy, process or manufacturing industries - Experience with agile methodologies - >10 year experience managing successful ERP projects from kick-off to post live support - Ability to tap into a network of ERP expertise - Broader ERP platform expertise such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics or other best-in-class ERP solutions - Project management competencies for larger, complex ERP projects - Ability to quickly absorb and then execute methodologies and concepts - Good collaboration within business units and IT - Manage a ERP project Steering Committee - Ability to work well with external parties (platform and implementation partners) - Ability to handle complex requests and environments - Self-driven learning and independent working attitude - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Fluent English
