Head Operational Risk Management

**What it's about**
- Maintain and continuously improve the Enterprise Risk Management Framework, including the risk policy, risk governance and the related ERM software solution (i.e. Resolver)
- Own and further develop the overall operational risk management frameworks such as Internal Control System, Quality Assurance, PGNotifications, Business resilience, Model risk management, Change management
- Provide risk assessment, analyses and reporting to the CRO, Executive Team, and Risk & Audit Committee with respect to the different ORM frameworks
- Define, track and report relevant key risk indicators (KRIs) to actively manage operational risks within Partners Group's three lines of defense model
- Manage a lean, dedicated ORM team and further develop team members in their professional progression
- Work with business users to jointly review, design and implement effective processes and controls
- Facilitate control reviews to assess completeness and suitability of processes and controls in relation to new or amended business processes and systems
- Perform ad-hoc assignments and projects as mandated by the CRO and/or Executive Team

**What we expect**
- 12+ years of relevant work experience in one of the following sectors: Banking / Financial services / Consultancy
- Professional experience with Enterprise Risk Management, Risk policy and Governance; profound understanding of the three lines of defense model
- Top academic credentials
- Proven track record of managing and further developing a diverse team
- Experience-based professional judgement in tailoring PG’s Risk Management to the changing scope and size of Partners Group
- Self-motivated and proactive individual with ambition, goal-orientation and boldness that can drive the ERM agenda forward
- Excellent analytical. interpersonal and project management skills to manage multiple projects at the same time; logical thinker; ability to drill down the details while keeping the big picture in mind
- Excellent oral and written communication skills (English)
