For our team in Switzerland, we are looking for a **Financial Services Intern** **for a period of 6+ months** in our Geneva office

- Project support at the customer's site in one of our consulting teams
- Taking on small, independent (parts of) projects
- Collaboration in data collection and analysis as well as information gathering
- Preparation and execution of client workshops
- Getting to know the consultant skillset and our methodologies

**Your qualifications**:

- ** Academic excellence**: student in the final phase of your Master’s Degree
- ** Industry knowledge**: initial knowledge in the financial services industry, wealth or asset management is a plus
- ** Consulting experience**: initial expertise (internship) in consulting and or project management is a plus
- ** Conceptual talent**: rational thinking and ease of combining technological understanding, strategic evaluation, and implementation work i.e., efficient linking of processes between business, strategy, and IT. A structured work style with a fun approach to solving complex tasks. Commitment and self-responsibility to deadlines. Eagerness to learn and adapt in uncertain situations, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- ** Communication and presentation skills**: fluent in English (written and spoken) and French (Geneva) are mandatory (C1 level). Strong presentation and moderation skills.
- ** Digital affinity**: very good MS Office skills.
- ** Cultural fit**: high reliability, team spirit, and personal fit for a leading global management consulting firm (international orientation & openness to travel, integrity).
