**Tasks**:**
- **Perform and be responsible for the import
- & export customs clearances for technical Aircraft material**:

- **Tender, organize, book and follow-up on shipments with Airlines and freight forwarding companies in accordance with the applicable procedures and SOP’s**:

- **Pack and prepare shipping documents in accordance to the valid rules and regulations for Air, Road
- and Seafreight**:

- **Update shipment status information in the System**:

- **Pick-up and deliver Material to the freight department and escort trucks to and from the gates**:

- **Inspection, administration and storage of unserviceable parts (U/S)**:

- **Packing of parts in accordance to the manufacturer
- and ATA 300 specification**:

- **Ensure that DG material is handled, stored and packed in accordance IATA DG regulations**:

- **Loading and unloading of trucks**

**Requirements**:**
- **Education as freight forwarder, customs expert or logistics specialist**:

- **Several years of experience in logistics and supply chain (preferably in the aviation industry)**:

- **Dangerous Goods education is an advantage**:

- **Strong communication skills**:

- **Resilient and flexible personality**:

- **Willingness to work shifts (early, late and weekend)**:

- **MS Office knowledge**:

- **AMOS system knowledge is an advantage**:

- **Trained to drive forklift is a plus**:

- **Driving license Cat. B is mandatory**:

- **Fluent (written & spoken) in German and English**
