**Contract**: CDI (Hotel operates approx. 10 months/year; 2-month closure for employee holidays)

**About the Role**

MAD Mount is looking for a **hands-on Hotel Manager** who thrives in a **multitasking** environment. Unlike traditional hotels with large teams, this role requires **direct involvement** in daily operations, from guest experience to team management and reservations.

You will be the **on-site leader**, ensuring smooth operations while working closely with our remote support team for pricing, systems, and promotions. This is an opportunity to **take ownership**, shape guest experiences, and optimize hotel performance throughout the seasons.

**Key Responsibilities**

Oversee daily operations (check-in/check-out, reservations, F&B, housekeeping, and guest experience)
Recruit, train, and schedule staff, ensuring smooth service during peak seasons
Manage group reservations and **attract new business for low seasons**
Handle financial oversight (invoice checks, payments, cash handling)
Supervise **F&B operations**, ensuring quality and profitability
Monitor **pool maintenance** (training provided)
Prepare and implement strategies for **seasonal optimization**, particularly winter
Ensure compliance with Swiss hospitality regulations

**What We’re Looking For**

✔ **Hands-on leadership**: You’ll be actively involved in daily tasks, not just overseeing from an office
✔ Experience in **hospitality, F&B, or guest services**; hotel management experience preferred
✔ Strong **problem-solving** and **multitasking** skills in a fast-paced environment
✔ Ability to **attract group bookings** through industry connections
✔ Fluency in **English and French** (additional languages are a plus)
✔ Adaptability to a **seasonal hotel model** (hotel closes 2 months/year, during which holidays must be taken)
