Gestalten Sie unsere CE Prozess-Landschaft

**Ihre Herausforderung**: Sie stellen eine effektive globale CRM-Landschaft sicher, leiten Projekte und sind die Ansprechperson für den 2nd und 3rd Level Support. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit allen Business Units implementieren und optimieren Sie die Prozesse Sales, Services und Marketing in unserem CRM (Dynamics 365 CE). Sie arbeiten modulübergreifend mit dem Business Applikation Team, internen Kunden und externen Partnern an der strategischen Konzipierung, Prozessdefinition und Umsetzung von Geschäftsanforderungen. Dazu gehört auch die Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Präsentationen sowie Workshops. Darüber hinaus führen Sie Troubleshootings und Tests durch, bearbeiten Change Requests und schulen die Key-User.

**Ihr Profil**: Sie haben Ihre Aus
- und Weiterbildung im Bereich ICT oder Business absolviert - vorzugsweise HF/FH oder vergleichbar. Sie haben bereits einige Jahre Erfahrung mit Business Application Dynamics 365 CE und in agiler Projektmethode gesammelt. Sie sind eine praxisorientierte Person, die sowohl strategisch als auch operativ denkt. Sehr gute Deutsch
- sowie Englischkenntnisse und eine Reisebereitschaft bis zu 20 % weltweit runden Ihr Profil ab. Sie sind ein Change-Driver mit hoher Motivation, die Zukunft mit uns zu gestalten
