**Site Head Switzerland 100 % (m/w/d)**

As an experienced leader, you will manage two production sites - manufacturing and packaging - with approximately 420 employees and will play a decisive role in shaping the strategic positioning and further development.

**Major Accountabilities**:

- Lead the Site Leadership Team of the departments Production, Packaging, Engineering, Supply Chain as well as the support functions such as Finance, Environment, Health and Safety, Human Resources
- Ensure compliance of associates, operations and processes according to cGMP and safety rules
- Cost and budget responsibility for the sites
- Operational and economic responsibility for the entire site process chain
- Implement the corporate strategy and monitoring of compliance with the group’s targets and align the site strategy to achieve short
- and long-term objectives
- Ensuring production processes for timely availability, delivery capability and distribution of products
- Close collaboration and interface management with other sites and global functions
- Provide leadership, mentoring and coaching to site associates. Maintain a positive work environment that supports collaboration and teamwork
- Sustain a culture where employees feel respected and supported in speaking up

**Your profile**:
We are looking for a committed leader with a sound educational and training background as well as a relevant track record. Thanks to an entrepreneurial way of thinking and acting, you will be able to inspire employees and interlocutors at all levels to achieve common goals.
- University degree in pharmacy, chemistry or related field
- Sound leadership experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong leadership personality with high social competence and natural assertiveness
- Strong collaboration focus with experience working in matrix organization and the ability to network
- Strong Quality mindset with in depth knowledge of and understanding of cGMP
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
