- CFC d'employé de commerce ou titre jugé équivalent
- Expérience confirmée dans l'export
- Langue maternelle allemande avec d'excellentes connaissances en français et en anglais.
- Organisé
- Autonome
- Orienté client
- Motivé
- Flexible

**Vos tâches**
- Support clients
Organisation du service Export (suivi des outils internes)
- Aide aux salons internationaux (ISM, ANUGA, SIAL,...)
- Contact privilégié avec les clients dédiés
- Élaboration et suivi des tarifs
- Si lancement de produits: recommandation de lancement, suivi interne avec la supply & prod (faisabilité, MOQ), le marketing (packaging), la R&D (fiche technique, audit projet), suivi client etc..
- Visite clients à prévoir pour store checks (1 à 2 fois par an hors salons)
- Analyse et suivi des sell out et sell in
