**Your responsibilities**
- Co-generate scientific evidence supporting our medical innovation field by managing clinical studies during their full life cycle by supporting protocol design, final data management and scientific paper writing
- Actively take part in accompanying the innovation processes by planning and executing scientific evaluations
- Create and edit documents associated with regulatory and publication submissions
- Writing scientific articles and prepare presentations about our new innovative approaches and tools as well as about our cost impact in the health care system / about our research results for workshops, international congresses, and scientific journals

**Your profile**
- Degree in business, economics, engineering, science, or comparable education and training
- Min. 2 years of experience in scientific writing and managing scientific projects as well as regulatory affairs and publications
- Communicative, analytical, and committed personality with high teamwork ability
- Ability to “think out of the box” while still paying attention to details
- Ability to see the big picture, design processes from scratch and break down big strategic projects into small executable steps (and execute them too)
- Capability to visually simplify complex challenges
- Knowledge of the healthcare sector is a plus
- Previous experience in digitalization projects is a plus
- Fluent in German and in English, fluent French is a plus
- Experience in BI and data analytics tools is a plus
