Wer du bist

As a Deputy Sales Manager, you will lead and inspire your team to optimize the customers’ shopping experience and drive continued growth in sales and profitability in your store. Your leadership is based on performance and delivery while never loosing focus the importance of customer satisfaction.
- You have experience leading and managing a team, preferably gained in a fast-paced customer-oriented service or retail environment.
- You have a proven track record of developing and implementing short
- and long-term action plans and consistently reaching performance goals within the agreed budgets.
- You are business-minded, result-driven, have excellent analytical skills and know how to manage budgets and use departmental actions to affect profit and loss.
- You focus on coaching and developing your team members and use a constructive feedback to manage and improve the performance of your team.
- You communicate fluently in English and preferably in German as well.
- You are generally able to work on 5 days per week in early and late shifts.

Du bist verantwortlich für
- Leading and developing your team leaders and their teams as Deputy Sales Manager in an inspirational way that empowers them to perform their best and drive outstanding business results.
- Ensuring that your team leaders have effective staff planning processes in place to meet our customers in an optimal way and drive sales results accordingly.
- Analyzing the qualitative and quantitative performance of your store to continuously improve the buying process and secure a consistent, seamless positive customer experience through all channels.
- Owning and delivering the commercial action plan for your store to maximise sales and long-term profitability and reach the agreed sales and financial targets.
- Knowing your local market potential and working with your team and other functions to ensure your store is locally relevant throughout the different sales channels, following up your financial goals, KPIs and costs, and taking action on deviations.
- Understanding the IKEA social and environmental commitments and knowing how you can contribute to our sustainability.
