- Are you a creative and experienced video professional eager to shape and elevate the audiovisual journey of an international investment firm with Swiss roots?

At Vontobel, we are looking for a passionate Audiovisual Content Producer to join our Video Studio team. This role is at the heart of our video production activities, serving as the first point of contact for stakeholders and playing a key role in planning, executing, and delivering a wide range of audiovisual content.

**What would your role be?**

As the Video and Studio Producer, you will:

- Be the go-to expert for all video and studio production needs, managing end-to-end production processes.
- Leverage our state-of-the-art video studio, featuring a large LED wall to create innovative and visually stunning productions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to conceptualize and deliver high-quality audiovisual content, including social media videos, animations, mood videos, interviews, podcasts, and more.
- Contribute to both day-to-day video production and strategic video initiatives, helping to shape the future of video at Vontobel.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, bringing fresh ideas and a visionary approach to video storytelling.

**What you bring**:

- Proven experience in video and studio production, including diverse content creation in and outside studio settings.
- Strong expertise in producing and editing Motion Design, Animation, Social Media, and other modern audiovisual formats.
- Creative thinker and a tech-savy mindset with a passion for impactful storytelling through video.
- Experience with live and on-demand productions in studio environments (e.g., switching, audio-mixing, directing).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office; knowledge of DaVinci and other editing/production software is a plus.
- Higher education in Marketing, Journalism, or Video/Film, with relevant training or further education.
- Fully fluent in English and German, with strong communication skills to collaborate across seniority levels and stakeholders.
- Organized, reliable, and proactive team player with a fast-paced, independent, and quality-driven work ethic.
