For our client, a large pharmaceutical company based in Basel, we are looking for **a Facility Coordinator Laboratory (M/F/d).**

**Background**:
As part of the Sites Network, the person will be responsible, among other things, for the efficient and sustainable management of the Basel and Kaiseraugst locations. In this context, our task as the Operate Buildings division is to generate added value for our users at the location through reliable and regulatory-compliant property operation and services. **Tasks & Responsibilities**:

- As Facility Coordinator Labor, you are the first point of contact for our building users and tradespeople.
- You are the building safety, health and environmental protection officer and are responsible for the management of small projects in this area.
- You support and coordinate conversion and renovation projects and demonstrate solutions to customer requests.
- As a coordinator between users and service providers, you play an important role in placing, managing, and monitoring orders with internal and external service providers while adhering to costs, deadlines, and quality.
- This also includes advice on equipment, technical equipment, furnishings and ergonomics, particularly in the laboratory area.

**In addition, the activity includes**:

- Communication of faults, maintenance work and building-related information

Participation in the development, adaptation and implementation of standards, processes and documentation
- Collection and maintenance of CAFM relevant data
- Processing orders in the ticket system
- Support and coordination for relocations (office, laboratory)

**Must Haves**:

- a completed technical or scientific basic training (apprenticeship, e.g. as a laboratory technician) or a completed vocational training in a craft
- Professional experience in facility management, focus: laboratory environment
- Professional experience in a regulated environment (GxP)
- Advanced MS Office knowledge / Google Workspace / Basic CAD knowledge / Basic SAP knowledge / ServiceNow
- Fluent German; very good English skills
- Contribute own ideas / think in a networked way / prioritize / service-oriented / analytical / solution-oriented / interested in digital tools / organizational talent

**Nice to haves**:

- Laboratory experience a plus
- French: basic knowledge is an advantage
