Quality & Process Manager

**Responsibilities**:
- Maintenance and further development of the quality management system
- Process optimisations in cooperation with the respective process owners
- Supporting the quality assurance functions within the SKAN product and project organisation, as well as the international service business
- Conformity check of internal specification documents, processes, reports and technical documentation
- Organisation of internal audits as well as customer audits and support in their implementation and follow-up
- Handling of CIPs, change and deviation procedures
- Coordination of interdisciplinary responses to customer questionnaires on our products and services
Hardskills
- Training as a quality and process manager with corresponding professional experience in a QA/QC environment or university degree in engineering or in the natural sciences with professional experience in a QA/QC environment
- Good written and spoken German (B2) and very good written and spoken English (B2) are required
- Sound knowledge of MS Office is a prerequisite
