In this role, you will collaborate with a dynamic and agile Training Operations team dedicated to providing premium services and learning solutions to over 100,000 students and training partners globally each year.

What your day would be like

Reporting to the Assistant Director Training Delivery at IATA Training, the Manager of Training Excellence is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of training delivery within the organization. This role focuses on the continuous improvement of the delivery of training programs, instructor performance, and overall training effectiveness to achieve organizational goals.
- Training delivery quality enhancement and Improvement:

- Implement best practices and innovative training methodologies.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of training programs to ensure quality and effectiveness.
- Instructor Performance:
Oversee the performance of instructors, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality training delivery.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Identify and address areas for improvement through targeted professional development.
- Quality Assurance:
Develop and implement quality assurance processes to maintain high standards in training delivery.
Monitor and evaluate training sessions to ensure consistency and excellence.
Collect and analyze feedback from students and customers to identify areas for improvement.
- Training Resources and Tools:
Ensure that instructors have access to the necessary resources and tools to deliver effective training.
Stay updated with the latest training technologies and incorporate them into the training programs.
- Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of training activities, instructor performance, and program evaluations.
Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards (ISO and any other relevant)

We would love to hear from you if you have
- Master’s degree in training and development, or a related field.
- Certification in training and development.
- Experience with e-learning platforms and virtual training.
- Proven experience in training management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in using training software and tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
