**About the Role**

**Your responsibilities**:

- Design & Planning - Develop layout drawings, and schematic diagrams for wood heating systems and heat pumps.
- Proposal Development - Prepare detailed offers and technical documentation in line with sales specifications and customer requirements.
- Supplier Coordination - Manage technical clarifications and requests for information with suppliers to ensure optimal system components and pricing.
- Costing & Calculations - Perform accurate system sizing, energy calculations, and cost estimates to support project proposals and execution.
- Tender Preparation - Complete tender documents and bid submissions in compliance with client and regulatory requirements.
- Resource & Schedule Planning - Plan resources, materials, and timelines to ensure smooth project execution.
- Project Support - Assist with the management of larger contract projects on construction sites, including coordination with installation teams and subcontractors.

**Your profile**:

- Solid knowledge of building services engineering (hydraulics, heating systems, and construction processes), ideally with hands-on experience in planning and implementing technical systems.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics and translate them into practical solutions for heating projects.
- Excellent German and good English
- French language skills are an advantage, enabling collaboration across multilingual teams and regions.
- Practical experience in renewable energy technologies (wood heating systems, biomass boilers, air/ground-source heat pumps, or other sustainable systems) is desirable.
- Genuine enthusiasm for renewable energy solutions and motivation to contribute to the energy transition.
- Strong customer focus with the ability to build trust, advise clients, and maintain long-term relationships.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage several tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Team-oriented mindset, able to work collaboratively with engineers, technicians, suppliers, and contractors.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a hands-on approach and willingness to take responsibility.
- Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and incentive programs in renewable energy is a plus.
