Our client, a leading Swiss construction and real estate service provider, is seeking a dynamic individual to join their team as a Microsoft Power Platform & Dynamics 365 Expert based in Opfikon. If you're passionate about leveraging technology to drive innovation and efficiency, this could be the perfect match for you.

Tasks
- Support the technical implementation and operation (2-3 level support) of the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, etc.) including Dynamics 365 and associated business solutions.
- Ensure the operation and continual development of various business solutions based on the Power Platform and Dynamics 365.
- Take charge of administration, promotion, and adoption of dedicated services as a service manager.
- Act as the primary point of contact for departments regarding the implementation of new requirements and training.
- Drive technical innovation in the realm of Microsoft Power Platform, advocating for the adoption of low-code/no-code automation.
- Facilitate the recording and implementation of processes, fostering a culture of digitalization and automation.
- Establish and nurture user communities (champions/citizen developers) to facilitate regular exchange and empowerment for enhanced efficiency and platform utilization.

**Requirements**:

- Possess a (technical) university degree in business informatics, computer science, or equivalent, with a strong affinity for IT.
- Demonstrated experience operating the Microsoft Power Platform including Dynamics 365.
- Proficiency in developing solutions based on the Power Platform with Power Automate, Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), and related Azure features.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, with experience in modules such as Sales (CRM) and Marketing being advantageous.
- Passion for digitalization and process automation, coupled with prior experience in the Microsoft Power Platform.
- Strong technical and communicative skills, complemented by a solid business understanding.
- Agile mindset with familiarity in agile methods and tools.
- Language skills: Proficiency in English and German, with knowledge of French/Italian being advantageous.

**Advantageous**:

- Basic understanding of Microsoft 365 products.
- Ideally, possess certifications in Microsoft Power Platform and/or Dynamics 365 (e.g., Power Platform Foundation).
