Junior Client Advisor

**Your tasks**:

To strengthen our team in **Geneva**, we are looking for a committed **Junior Client Advisor**who enjoys direct client engagement and is passionate about working in the field of precious metal sales and safe deposit box consulting. Your tasks include:

- Advising and selling precious metals (gold, silver) to private and business customers
- Supporting existing customers
- Advising on safe deposit boxes, secure storage, and duty-free warehouse solutions
- Processing of purchase and sale transactions
- Participating in customer events, trade fairs, and in-house events
- Ensuring compliance with compliance and money laundering regulations in day-to-day business
- Working closely with experienced relationship managers and gaining insights into the international precious metals business

**Your profile**:

- Successfully completed degree or training in economics, finance, or a related field
- Initial experience in sales or customer consulting, ideally in the financial, commercial, or luxury goods sector
- Enthusiasm for precious metals and investments
- Friendly, confident, and service-oriented personality with a genuine passion for direct customer engagement
- Ability to work in a team, willingness to learn, and a careful, reliable approach to work
- Impeccable background and credit record
- Excellent command of French and English; fluency in German is an advantage
