Zur Verstärkung unseres **Vertriebs
- und Marketingteams** suchen wir für die ISD Group Schweiz ab sofort eine/n **Sales Development Representative (m/w/d)** zur Unterstützung des internationalen Teams.
**Ihre Aufgaben**
- Selbstständiges Management und Aufbau neuer Geschäftskontakte für die Teams in der Schweiz und Frankreich
- Eigenständige Analyse von Kunden-, Wettbewerbs
- und Marktpotentialen
- Proaktive Suche nach neuen Geschäftsmöglichkeiten auf dem Markt in Absprache mit Vertriebsgebietsleiter
- Nutzung von Leadqualifizierungsprozessen und Weiterentwicklung des Lead-Nurturing mit dem Marketing
- Qualifizierung von Leads aus Marketingkampagnen als SQL und Bearbeitung von Conversions im Lead-Status
- Identifizierung der Kundenbedürfnisse und Empfehlung geeigneter Produkte/Dienstleistungen
- Repräsentation des Unternehmens und Produktportfolios auch auf Messen und Veranstaltungen
**Ihre Qualifikation**
- Nachweisliche Berufserfahrung als Business Development Representative, im Vertrieb oder in einer ähnlichen Funktion
- Praktische Erfahrung mit verschiedenen Verkaufstechniken (einschließlich Kaltakquise) und Leads aus Inbound Kampagnen
- Nachgewiesene Erfolge beim Erfüllen von Sollvorgaben für das Lead-Nurturing
- Hohe Überzeugungsfähigkeit sowie eigenständige Arbeitsweise
- Erfahrung mit CRM-Software (z.B. Hubspot) und Social Media
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Selbstbewusstes, freundliches Auftreten und Zuverlässigkeit
- Deutsch und Französisch beherrschen Sie fliessend
- Arbeitsbeginn Januar 2021 mit einer 100% Stelle
- Ihr zukünftiger Arbeitsort ist Solothurn oder Fribourg
